Eucalyptus Blue Gum (Eucalyptus globulus)
The key ingredient in most natural decongestants. Eucalytus has anti-septic and decongestant properties. Eucalpytus works by killing the virus and dislodges mucous and phlegm, allowing you to breathe much easier.
Peppermint (Mentha arvensis)
Refreshing, penetrating and stimulating essential oil. Our peppermint oil has a huge 30-40% menthol content which helps to deliver the aroma through your blocked nose. Known to reduce fever and decongest.
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
Anti-microbal, anti-inflammatry and decongesting. Helps bring down the inflammation in the nose and throat and dislodges musous, opening up the airways.

Breathe Better Essential Oil Blend
Never use essential oils neat on the skin, always dilute using one of our carrier oils. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Conduct a patch test before first use. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid use during pregnancy.
FLAMMABLE
Steam Inhalation
Add 5-10 drops to a large bowl of hot water. Keep 10inches away from the bowl to prevent burning from the steam. Lean over, close your eyes and inhale through your nose for a maximum of 2 minutes at a time.
Electric Diffuser (Ultrasonic)
Add 5-10 drops to the water reservoir and top up with 150ml water.
Oil Burner
Add 2-3 drops with a tsp of water to the reservoir.
