Ultramarine blue mineral pigment will suspends in water giving a mid blue colour.
 
Stable in cold process soaps and works well in opaque melt & pour soaps, bath salts etc. 
 
Not suitable for use in acidic environments such as bath bombs which contain citric acid due to the risk of sulphur dioxide gas formation.
 
Meets all FDA and European E172 heavy metal requirements for use in cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical applications.
